(More customer reviews)I grill almost every day and we eat a lot of chicken breasts. I use this for the chicken instead of just putting them on the grill separately. I get the packages of 8 breasts at Sam's and all 8 just fit in the basket. I just heat the grill to about 350-375 degrees, put the basket of breasts on, skin side down until the skin is nice and brown, then flip the basket and finish the other side. That's about all I use it for, but you could use it for veggies, fish, or about anything else you can think of. The skin sticks to the basket when you open it, but we always remove the skin anyway. If you like the skin, you can use a knife, or fork to get it loose from the top of the basket as you open it. To clean it, I just turn the grill up to high to clean the grates and put the basket back on the grill, close the hood and let any remaining food particles burn off. Then I do a quick wash with a brush.
I've tried the so called non stick baskets and they not only don't work any better, the non stick coating starts coming off almost immediately. This is the second of these stainless steel flexible baskets I've bought. My first one is still working fine, but after a year of heavy use, I just decided to get another one.
