(More customer reviews)While I like the ease of use of this grill it is limited as to what you can cook on it.I think it is best suited for fish and chicken.Since a thick steak requires some real heat from the coals to get the grates hot enough to sear in line in the meat this unit does not seem to have enough air movement to get the job done.I haven't given up on it yet but I don't have high hopes for this one.I also got the rotisserie which I have yet to use but it is pretty cheaply made and how long can (1) D battery last?I had the same problem with my small Weber so I might have to switch to gas (God forbid) for the camping trips we take.
