(More customer reviews)I bought this griddle as a gift for my wife who has taken to making pancakes on weekends. (She was burning up my Calphalon skillet.) Though affordable, it hasn't been a good replacement. Its too lightweight to conduct the heat across the entire surface of the pan. We end up with two hotspots and the rest of the pan is pretty much unusable. My suggestion: spend a little more and get a heavy duty griddle that does the job it was intended to do.
