Iv'e seen other DC products that just do not do what they say they will do.The PowerHunt system seemed to make sense, but I wasn't sure until I received my Griddle.I did not want to wait until spring to find out if it was really going to perform as they claim so I installed the powerstrip in my boat and gave it a try.Even on this cold Mn day I cooked a big thick slice of ham with the cover hinged closed.It took less than 8 minutes to have the meat fully done with very nice browning on both sides.I then opened the griddle to the flat position, and made eggs on the one side while the other side kept cooking the ham.

I couldn't ask for a better result and I am looking forward to mornings on the river.
