(More customer reviews)i needed a new griddle for my new stove with a smooth top, as my old griddle was warped. i purchased this griddle, not for the low price but based the purchase on the shipping weight, which was 11lbs. thought it would be a sturdy, flat pan.
we'll it mightweigh 1lb. it was not only slightly distored but the base stuck to my cooktop surface when first used and it damaged the cooking surface.
buy a circulon or calphalon.
