(More customer reviews)I used...no, let me start over.I TRIED to use this craptacularly poor excuse for a pan once, but it warped so badly at medium heat (on a glass top electric stove, good thing I didn't try it on gas!) that it was simply unusable.I threw it in the garbage as soon as it cooled off.Save your your money.Find a restaurant supply store that sells the 12" Vollrath non-stick square griddle pan.It's worth every penny you'll pay for it, unlike this utter waste.
