It covers the entire grilling surface.
This is great if all you plan to do is fry something.

We like to fry up onions and mushrooms while we are cooking our steaks.If they would offer a half size griddle, we would buy that one too.

If I have time, maybe I'll give them a call.They are based in Nevada and have reall people answer the phone.
