(More customer reviews)I wanted a griddle I could stir fry vegetables on, as well as make pancakes for the whole family.This griddle works great!It is heavy, which is the only drawback, but if you have a place to keep it, it is fun to cook with a large enough space to turn and flip things and get the job done quicker.Feels almost like the Japanese Steak houses!
