(More customer reviews)I purchased this as a gift for a brother who is a retired chef.In his downsized home, he was missing a true griddle for his wonderful pancakes.The item arrived in about 3 days, and he used it to make pancakes the next morning with perfect results!I was not sure about buying this, because this is on the less expensive end of griddles but according to the family expert, it provides even heating and the non-stick surface is a real plus for family cooking.
