(More customer reviews)I love the size of it.I love how evenly it cooks.But...in order to get it to cook evenly, I need to prop the handle up on my salt shaker!The handle is nice and heavy.So heavy, in fact, that it keeps the pan from making full contact with my stove.It's not much of a problem when using it to cook burgers, but pancakes are kind of a hassle...
