(More customer reviews)KitchenAid Gourmet Essentials cookware is an excellent product line.We just added this item to the rest of our set.The hard anodized construction heats evenly, handles are rivited on and have soft silicone rubber grips (eliminates a pot holder).The non-stick surface is superior when it comes to cleaning. Food particles rinse off easily with warm soapy water and swish of a sponge or dishrag. NOT recommended for dishwashers and NEVER use an NON-STICK spray on the cooking surface.You won't be dis-satisfied with this cookware!!
