(More customer reviews)I ordered this griddle about 30 days ago. It came in with loose handles. Packaging was poor. Kept it temporarily and decided it may get worse, so asked for replacement. Replacement is not as loose, just slightly. Seems like rivots aren't cut short enough to make handles tight. Packaging was poor again. Works good for frying and no stick.
