(More customer reviews)This was given to me as a christmas gift and I just love it!I had a different griddle but this one is so much nicer for several reasons.First because you can fold it up it is easier to store.Also the cooking surface seems to stay the same temperature over the whole surface.It isn't cooler near the edges like my old one.The cooking surface comes off for easy cleaning (nonstick too!).Couldn't be easier than that!! I also like that I can have two different temperatures.Cook pancakes on one side and eggs on the other.I think this is a good size too.Not too big and not too small.I can easily cook 8 pancakes at a time and have plenty of room for turning them. I am very happy with this product!
