(More customer reviews)I have been looking for a flat bottom griddle this size for years. Most of the others in this range always have a raised grill on the other side but in addition to camping, I wanted to use this griddle over two elements of a flat top stove and with the very thick steel, it spreads heat evenly enough and sits perfectly flat. It is large enough to cook a big breakfast or a load of pancakes all at once. The raised sides are higher than most at 3/4" so keep slopping over the side to a minimum. It took seasoning well. Excellent griddle.
