(More customer reviews)This quality of this griddle is fairly low, it is a rough casting and not preseasoned. But it is usable after some smoothing of edges with a file and a lot of seasoning.
The first one I received was so badly warped it was unusable.
But Goodmans promptly replaced it with one personally checked for flatness, and they suggested I not bother to return the bad one.
Unusual customer service and much appreciated by me! I can use the bad one as a stepping stone in the rock garden.
