(More customer reviews)I purchased this product in 11/2005.As the other reviewers note, food sticks to the griddle making it impossible to clean.I own Le Creuset cookware, and this product is not in the same class at all.About 6-months after we purchased the product we noted that big chunks of enamel were adhering to food like chicken.We stopped using the product and I intended to contact customer service, but did not do so until today. They basically said that the warranty is only 1-year, even for a possible manufacturing defect that could pose a health problem.I am a physician and would not use this product or any enameled cookware that is produced by this company unless they have made significant changes to the process.I will never order from Napastyle again.Poor quality and no accountability.
