(More customer reviews)I took a chance and purchased this griddle about 1 month ago and after using it several times I can highly recommend it. Prior to using it for cooking I seasoned the griddle with shortening. This is easy to do and you can find some very good websites on how to care for and use a cast iron griddle. Thus far I have cooked bacon, eggs and pancakes using this griddle with excellent results each time. It fits perfectly on my Weber E-310 gas grill.
