(More customer reviews)Looked all over in stores for a griddle of this size (perfect for RV's or boat stoves)I use it on our boat for almost all my stove top cooking (burgers, eggs, pancakes, toasted sandwiches, etc.)Even though it is pre-seasoned, I have found spraying it with a little olive oil works especially well for eggs.
